The cottage is at 6 bis place du Murger, in the heart of Meursault, on the Route des Grands Crus. Beaune is 8 km away on the RD 974: a quarter of an hour by car, a few minutes by TER train from the village station, or 8 km of the Voie des Vignes by bike, without meeting a single car.
In the evening you come home to a restored, air-conditioned Burgundian house, with its kitchen, its private courtyard and free parking on site: no hunting for a space, no car park to pay for.
And the rate does not budge: €105 a night for two, €115 for three or four, tourist tax, cleaning and linen included, from a single night.

The Hôtel-Dieu of the Hospices de Beaune
The Gothic masterpiece with the glazed tile roofs, founded in 1443: the great hall of the poor, the pharmacy and the Last Judgement polyptych. Open every day of the year, from 9 am to 7.30 pm without a break from April to mid-November.
The Cité des Climats et vins de Bourgogne
Opened in 2023 on the edge of town, it tells the story of the vineyard’s UNESCO-listed climats and runs tasting workshops. Allow an hour and a half to two hours; booking recommended, free parking.
The Saturday market
One of the great markets of Burgundy: some 180 stalls around the Halles, on the place de la Halle, place Fleury and avenue de la République, Saturday mornings until 1 pm. A smaller market is held on Wednesday mornings.
The cellars and the ramparts
Beaune’s great wine houses open their cellars to visitors, beneath the town and along the ramparts, tasting included. You can do the round on foot, between the collégiale Notre-Dame and the place Carnot.
The Moutarderie Fallot
The last family-run mustard maker in Burgundy can be visited, stone millstones included, on the faubourg Bretonnière.
The Route des Grands Crus
It runs through Meursault. To the north, Volnay, Pommard and then Beaune; further on, Nuits-Saint-Georges, the Clos de Vougeot and Gevrey-Chambertin. To the south, Puligny and Chassagne-Montrachet, as far as Santenay.

Getting to Beaune from the cottage
By car: a quarter of an hour
8 km on the RD 974. The centre of Beaune is partly pedestrianised and you pay to park: head for the car parks on the outer boulevards, especially on Saturdays.
By train: a few minutes
Meursault station is 2 km from the cottage. The TER reaches Beaune in 4 to 12 minutes depending on the service, with around fifteen trains a day.
By bike: along the Voie des Vignes
8 km on a route reserved for bikes and walkers, via Volnay and Pommard. The cottage’s four bicycles are included in the rental.
By bus: route 20
The district bus network links Meursault to Beaune railway station and the town centre.
